Investigation into the death of Robert BrooksOSI is currently conducting an investigation into the death of Robert Brooks, who died on December 10, 2024 following an encounter with Department of Corrections and Community Supervision (DOCCS) officers at Marcy Correctional Facility in Oneida County. OSI has released videos from body-worn cameras that correction officers were equipped with during the incident.

I'm a felon who is prone to crime and violence. To survive, I take whatever I want, whenever I want. I use intimidation and fear to manipulate and take advantage of the people around me, thanks in large part to my towering size and strength. I am very violent and will become physical when angry or frustrated at the smallest offenses. I'm also a woman-beater, and pick on people smaller than me for my own amusement.
